DJ Equipment TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Rental Period
    The rental period shall begin on the date the Equipment is picked up or delivered and end on the agreed return date. Late returns may result in additional fees. 
  • A “day” is defined as a 24-hour period from the rental start time. 
  • A “week” is defined as seven consecutive days. 
  • A “month” is defined as thirty consecutive days. 
  1. Payment Terms
  • Full payment is due prior to delivery or pick-up unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. 
  • Payment methods accepted: cash, credit/debit card, or authorized electronic transfer. 
  1. Delivery and Pickup
  • Delivery and pickup service is available upon request for an additional fee. 
  • Lessee must ensure accessibility and a safe environment for setup and breakdown. 
  • Any delay in pickup due to Lessee’s fault may result in additional charges. 
  1. Equipment Care and Use
  • Lessee is responsible for the Equipment during the entire rental period. 
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear. 
  • Any damage, loss, theft, or misuse will result in repair or replacement charges billed to the Lessee. 
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the rental date will receive a full refund. 
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may forfeit the security deposit. 
  • No refunds for unused equipment once delivered. 
  1. Liability and Insurance
  • Lessee assumes all responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of the Equipment. 
  • Lessor is not liable for accidents or malfunctions caused by improper use or environmental conditions. 
  1. Setup and Technical Assistance
  • Setup services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. 
  • Lessee is responsible for ensuring the availability of power and safe installation environment. 
  1. Ownership and Title
    The Equipment shall remain the property of Just Lease It Solution, LLC. Lessee shall have no right, title, or interest in the Equipment other than as a temporary user. 
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Renter agrees to resolve any dispute privately and amicably with the Company. 
  • Renter waives the right to initiate any lawsuit against Just Lease It Solution, LLC. 
  • In the event of unresolved issues, both parties agree to pursue mediation or binding arbitration rather than court proceedings 
  1. Privacy and Data Usage
  • Personal information collected (name, address, date of birth, ID details) is used solely for rental verification and security purposes. 
  • The Company does not sell, share, or misuse customer data.
