CONCRETE PUMP RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lessor agrees to rent to Lessee the equipment described in the attached Schedule A (the “Equipment”), and Lessee agrees to rent the Equipment according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The rental period begins on the date the equipment is picked up by Lessor’s premises and ends on the date the equipment is returned to Lessor’s premises unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Lessee agrees to pay a rental fee as convened per hour/day/week for the Equipment listed in Schedule A. Payment is due before pick-up of the Equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional late fees may apply for late returns.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required before the Equipment is released to Lessee. This deposit is intended to cover any damage or non-returned equipment.

Lessee agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as when received, except for normal wear and tear. Lessee will be held responsible for any damage, loss, or repairs required due to misuse, negligence, or improper operation. Any costs of repair will be charged to Lessee.
Inspection: Lessee must inspect the Equipment upon pick-up and report any damage or discrepancies before leaving the premises. Lessor will inspect the Equipment upon its return to ensure that it is in the same condition as when rented.

Lessee assumes all liability for injury or damage caused during the use or operation of the rented Equipment. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Just Lease It Solutions, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of the use, operation, or transport of the rented Equipment.

Insurance Coverage:
The Renter agrees to provide proof of adequate insurance coverage for the Equipment during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, general liability and property damage coverage. If the Renter is transporting the equipment using a vehicle, valid auto insurance coverage must also be presented. If the Renter does not have sufficient coverage, they must purchase rental insurance through an approved provider prior to equipment release.
Identification Verification:
The Renter must complete Touchless Facial Scan ID verification as part of the identity confirmation process. The name on the government-issued photo ID must exactly match the name on the credit or debit card used for payment. Any mismatch may result in cancellation of the rental and forfeiture of deposit.
Fraud Prevention:
The Company reserves the right to deny service or cancel a reservation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation. Any attempt to bypass the verification process may result in a permanent ban from future rentals.

Lessee is solely responsible for the transportation of the Equipment. Lessee must arrange for the pick-up of the Equipment from and return it to Just Lease It Solutions, LLC’s premises at [Insert Address]. Lessor is not obligated to provide transportation or logistics services for the Equipment. If transportation services are requested by Lessee, such services will be offered at Lessor’s discretion and will incur additional charges, to be determined separately.

Lessee agrees to use the Equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe and appropriate manner. Only qualified, trained personnel are authorized to operate the Equipment. Lessee is prohibited from using the Equipment in hazardous environments or in ways that would cause undue wear or damage.

Lessee agrees to return the Equipment in clean and operable condition. If the Equipment is returned dirty or requires maintenance beyond normal wear and tear, cleaning and maintenance fees will apply.

If the Equipment is not returned by the agreed-upon return date and time, Lessee agrees to pay a late fee of $ [25] per  hour / $[75]  day for each day the Equipment is late

– Cancellation Policy: Lessee must provide at least [24 HOURS] notice for any cancellations. A cancellation fee of $ 50 will apply for last-minute cancellations.
– Termination of Agreement: Lessor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and repossess the Equipment if Lessee fails to comply with any terms of this Agreement or engages in misuse of the Equipment.

Lessee acknowledges that the Equipment is rented “as-is” and Just Lease It Solutions, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Equipment’s fitness for a particular purpose or its condition beyond ensuring the Equipment is functional upon pick-up.

Lessor may retain all or part of the security deposit to cover damages, non-return, or excessive wear to the Equipment. Any balance of the deposit will be refunded within [48 hours] after the Equipment is returned and inspected.
